The Harley Quinn animated series streaming on Max is a mature, dark comedy that offers a fresh, irreverent take on the legendary DC antihero. Developed by Justin Halpern, Patrick Schumacker, and Dean Lorey, the story centers on Harley Quinn (voiced by Kaley Cuoco) as she leaves behind her abusive relationship with the Joker and strives to become a major player in Gotham's criminal scene. Alongside her close friend—and later love interest—Poison Ivy (Lake Bell), Harley forms an unconventional team of outcast villains, including King Shark, Clayface, Doctor Psycho, and Sy Borgman, as she works to make a name for herself in the city’s chaotic underworld.
